Tell Me More
Carne tops the list of hidden gems in the Irish golf landscape. Tucked in one of the most Western points in the country, the course was Eddie Hacket’s final masterpiece. He considered Carne to be in the same class as his previous world renowned design, Waterville. Considered as one of the best strips of land for an endearing links course, Carne seems to be missed simply due to it’s remote destination. The course emanates beauty along it’s wild careening fairways and cathedral greens. If you want to play a historic design and make the extra trip west, Carne will be a delightful experience.
